We just brought a 30 sqm home roughly & are looking to recover about 20sqm of it in timber flooring. Settlement is the 24th Sep. We would like the flooring replaced. This will involve removing tiles & some carpets. We would then like timber flooring (Not floating boards) to replace it through out. as i do not have access to the home yet, i will need the trades person to liase with my agent to arrange times to do quotes with the people living in the house. Once i receive the quotes i would like to discuss commencing the job on the Friday 24th September & having it finished & livable by thursday October 7th (if possible) many thanks
