Require quotes for supply and install of laminate flooring for stairs and first floor of townhouse which we are purchasing (less than approx 100sq m).
Also will require removal of carpet.
Tradesmen can liase with real estate agent and view area for flooring at a time suitable to them both.
Would like quotes (incl. type/brand of laminate) and date set for work prior to settlement (30 July 2009) and would like work to commence in first week of August 2009.
