I have some fairly new carpet (installed about 5 years ago) which is starting to "pop up" or "ripple" in some sections. I need the "popped-up"/ "Rippled" sections of carpet re-stretched flat again. There are approximately about 5 areas where the carpet is affected. There is generally no furniture or items around, so the job should be pretty straightforward without having to move furniture out of the way etc.
