Level old bathroom concrete floor to match timber floor

I have room that has both timber (approx 1m x 2m) and concrete (approx 2m x 2m) flooring. This is because removed a wall between the old kitchen and old bathroom was removed to make one room. I need someone who can level the floor so we can lay 19mm engineered floor board on top. You will also need to level it from the concrete floor to the timber floor in the hall.
Originally the concrete floor dropped a lot but has been topped up with cement which may need to be removed in places to get it level.
