Approx 75 sq m unit with chipboard or plywood floor has carpet in living and bed rooms and bamboo in hallways and kitchen. It needs to be removed and replaced with new flooring - either laminate or engineered wood.
The house sale settles on 15 December and would like to have installation in 1st week of January as house painting will be done the week before Xmas.
Access is being arranged in next week or two for quotes.
