Requesting quote to lay Timber Floors to 2 new Townhouses - Upstairs, Downstairs and Staircase. Townhouses are scheduled to complete early January, following which boards would be installed.
We would be supplying European Oak in light / scandanavian finish (see 'Sample' attached), with sizing as follows:
· Piccolo board:189mm x 15mm x 2200/2500mm
· Stair nosing: Lengths of 2500mm x 90 x 30mm.
Requesting this quote be itemised to include cutting of the architraves (which have already been installed / painted) to allow boards to be installed, and application of the oil recommended and supplied by manufacturer (we can provide installation guide.
Please see plans attached. Boards would be installed to all areas incl. upstairs, downstairs and stairs, with exception of laundry and bathrooms.
