We have just moved out of a rental property in St Kilda and the heat mat from under my lizards tank has burnt the wooden laminate flooring underneath. I would like a quote to the repair as our landlord is looking at resanding the whole floor. The landlord has told us they have been quoted $700, but I believe there are other, much cheaper options available. I am unable to gain access for quotes but may have a photo. The flooring is not expensive, light pine-coloured flooring.
