I am wondering if you could supply me with a quote for installing laminate floor boards in two rooms and a short passage. It will also involve preparation of the floor ie applying some cement to smooth the floor prior to the installation.

This guy is a con artist. He promised to level my floor prior to laying the laminate floor. I gave him money to purchase 10 bags of fast drying cement which he told me that was what was needed to complete the work. I gave him the cash to purchase the cement. He only used 4 bags of the cement and did a dodgey work and managed to convince me he would pad the laminate floor so we will not feel any bumps. The job took him only 3 hours to complete. I totally forgot to check the number of bags of cement until after i paid him and he left. My builder are furious and tried to call him back to fix the issue but he is not returning our calls. I m now ripping off the floor and looking for another tradie to perform the work again.. I have used Service Central for a number of my work but this guy is a scam, a sweet talker and unprofessional. He is giving you guys bad name and destroying your brand by you associating yourselves with him. I would very much want my $360 being $60 per bag of cement he duped me of. I m not happy.
