Currently have solid tongue & groove floating floorboards installed on concrete slab with ply in between. eg. Ply glued directly onto concrete slab and floorboards "secretnailed" into ply. Appears water is entering somehow at a under a sliding door leading to courtyard. Don't believe water is rising through slab as is only occurring at the doorway, however has bloated ply causing floorboards to warp. Not sure if this is a job for a flooring specialist or a building inspector. Need water entry problem pinpointed and resolved and would rather not have to rip up all the floorboards currently installed.
