The master bedroom has creaking laminate floor boards in one corner. It is now slowly expanding into the middle of the room. The creaking needs to be fixed and furniture needs to moved if required. We have some water damaged floorboards from what was a leaking shower. It appears to have only affected 2 floorboards which we need replacing. Also almost every corner around the house is missing...
