Also, while concrete subfloor is generally flat, there appears to be 1 small high spot that needs to be ground down and some low spots around the edges that may need self-levelling compound. The area of 22m2 comprises 1 x ~5m long hallway, 1 x ~3.7m x ~3.1m room and 1 x ~1.6 x ~2.5m room. 2 black transitions need to be installed at doorways leading to areas where the concrete floor is the finished floor.
