The slate has started to crack with some bits breaking off, plus there is an area that needs some bricks pulled up and possibly new slate laid in that area. the whole floor needs sealing. Kitchen and entry currently have lino on top (we will remove this) and dining and hall are carpeted (we will remove this). Would like to book job for 8 or 9 December 2008. Not sure of budget - therefore selected lower approximate.

We have removed carpets from bedrooms and tiles on cement sheeting from living , dining , bedrooms and passageways. Existing 65mm floorboards had been originally stained and polished probably since originally built in 1974. Bedroom floors which were carpeted appear to just require polishing up and new top coat due to some bubbling of existing lacquer.
