Install 22m2 vinyl plank floor on a concrete subfloor. Concrete subfloor previously had sheet vinyl which has been removed. Concrete subfloor requires old glue to be removed. Also, while concrete subfloor is generally flat, there appears to be 1 small high spot that needs to be ground down and some low spots around the edges that may need self-levelling compound. The area of 22m2 comprises 1 x ~5m long hallway, 1 x ~3.7m x ~3.1m room and 1 x ~1.6 x ~2.5m room. 2 black transitions need to be installed at doorways leading to areas where the concrete floor is the finished floor.
