We recently lifted some floor tiles off some floating floorboards (about 2m x 2.5m) at our front door. this exposed a section of concrete in the corner which is about 1m x 0.5m (or possibly a little smaller). we have been advised that it is no problem to install floorboards on top of this section of concrete after chipping at the surface of the concrete to lower it. we would prefer an expert to do it rather than do it ourselves. we can purchase the floorboards ourselves after advice on which ones to purchase. please disregard budget range as i have no idea how much this would cost.
we would also like a quote to sand and varnish the whole area which is approx. 2m x 2.5m once the concrete section is repaired.
