likely embelton pre-finished timber floorboards (85mm wide)
3 rooms (retangular lounge/dining/kitchen) + bedroom + walk in robe.
laying on top of existing timber and chipboard.
likely need sanding before laying new flooring on top.
i can purchase timber, or you can purchase if you have supplier.
doors, skirting board etc also need to be sorted. i can organise separetely, or this can form part of job.
need job to start around 9th june.
