we require laminate flooring to be installed in our flat which is on the ground floor of an apartment complex. the area is approx. 45-50sqm, & includes the living area & 2 bedrooms. floorboards are formica laminate flooring (formalock locking system) which we have purchased from bunnings, with a foam underlay also purchased - skirting may be required to finish off in which case this will need to be purchased. carpets have already been removed but some work on the concrete in order to level it is required. please supply a quote including timing estimates as we need this done asap.
