I have just bought a house, 1940's californian bungalow. settlement is on feb 15th, and place being restumped on the 18th (already organised).
- i need someone to re-lay the floors and also to polish the boards. as we will not know the state of the floors under the carpet until we settle and have the restumping done, i cannot provide approximate size of the job.
- i would like to have 3 quotes on the job, on the 28th of feb or 29th feb. we need to get moving on the polishing asap after this date, so woul dlike quotes from tradies who are not fully booked at the start of march if possible!
