I have an open plan lounge/kitchen 4.7x6.7m. Half is cyprus pine which needs re-polishing, the other half is raw vic ash (from under the lino) which needs sanding, staining (maybe) and polishing. A 200mm piece of vic ash runs through the middle where the wall used to be - this also needs sanding & staining. Re-polishing the adjacent hallway (~10.5 X 1m) may also be included.
