Hi, needing floor boards sanded, stained and polished. House will be empty. Rooms to be done -
Kitchen: 664x256cm
Dining: 246x358cm
Entryway: 147x468cm
Hall: 502x90cm
Floor boards are pine. Kitchen and entry currently have lino on top (we will remove this) and dining and hall are carpeted (we will remove this).
Would like to book job for 8 or 9 December 2008.
Not sure of budget - therefore selected lower approximate.
