1) Laminate (and Underlay) e.g. Quickstep
2) Engineered Timber Floor (and Underlay) e.g. Boral Silkwood
Have given 2 in case your laying price is different for each one.
Nail down skirting boards after finishing
Quantity: Undecided if we do the whole house so just in case you price differently for larger quantities, do it for
* 92m2 (Hallway, Lounge,dining, family, entry, kitchen)
* 142m2 (Plus beds 1,2,3 and study)
