I had tasmanian oak floor boards layed about 2 years ago. the guy that layed them was very dodgey. anyway after a few months one section of boards raised. its basically about a metre and a half long. its seems the boards were laid too tight. i am selling the
house and would like this repaired with minimum cost asap.
