We are currently in the middle of a renovation and wish to identify if we could utilise the existing tassy oak floor boards thorughout the first floor and have them repaired, sanded and polished rather than install a floating floor. we are seeking what are the best opitons available. we have had walls removed exposing floor boards that were previously covered with tiles (kitchen laundry areas).
