An area of 3 metres x 8 metres needs grinding down in parts to make it even enough to lay tiles or vinyl flooring. The biggest variation is about 1.5 cm where two slabs have joined.
The area is a bathroom / hallway with a big stairwell that takes up about 2x2m which doesn't need grinding.
