We have purchased a first floor apartment - suspended conrete slab. we are wanting to remove carpet and existing tiles and resurface/polish the slab underneath. possibly epoxy finish if required? not sure what is best. want approximate price (35 sqm required) and advice on approaches. not yet sure what the condition of existing slab is.
