Cement sealer/polymer overlay on exisiting cement flooring in kitchen/living room and hallway (2nd floor apartment). The sealer/overlay is to be placed over existing cement where vinyl has been removed/carpet will be removed. Must be a water resistant surface with durability. No grinding. Possibility of doing 2 x bedrooms as well. Room is approx 8000 x 3000mm Hallway is approximately 4300 x 1000. Pictures show existing cement in kitchen and the room, plus I have added some pictures taken from a real estate site of the look I want. Charcoal/Grey. A quote per sq m would be great so I can work out what areas I can do.
