Cement flooring needed

Kim requested 2 quotes from Floorers in South Melbourne

I am not sure of the exact material required but have been informed it is something like a slurry/self leveling cement or a polyurethane/resin overlay.
It has been suggested that this is the cheapest method to cover and seal the current surface. (that of thin cement and glue left from tiles that were removed.
