We would like to rip up the carpet in 4 rooms and hallway in our home. There is timber flooring underneath but we're unsure of the condition of that flooring. We would like to get a quote on removing (and disposing) the carpet, then polishing the floor once the carpet is removed. We understand that any repairs to the floorboards, if needed, would be extra, because those would not be evident until after the carpet is all removed.
