Floor polishing of new extension. The house currently has floorboards throughout and I require the new extension to be polished and stained. since this will most likely not be able to match the existing I am looking to have the existing floorboards sanded back and re-stained to match the new floorboards to create a uniform appeal. I estimate the total area to be around 80-100 Sq/m and I have already had a quote from a local business for $2,750.00
