We're making an offer on a house with timber floors. however, on inspection, the floor is squeaking and there are gaps in the flooring and along some of the walls. we would like to know how much it would cost us to do the repairs before we sign any papers. the flooring is new under 1 year old. it is a 24-26sq house and has carpets in the 3 bedrooms and tiles in the 2 toilets.
