The house is mid 50s with carpet over hardwood timber. Typical house of that era - 3 smaller bedrooms, corridor plus lounge and kitchen. I want it sanded and polished. I would like to do it asap but its an issue re ripping up carpet, moving furniture etc. Need an idea of costs before I commit
