I'm looking at replacing my current carpet for a new timber or laminate floor. required is roughly 70 square metres give or take in my 2 bedroom groundfloor apartment. the existing carpet would need to be taken out plus furniture would need to be moved internally when floor installation is in progress.
you would supply the flooring and underlay plus all edging/bends skirting ect..!! remove all carpet and do floor preps - floor is concrete.
i am a pensioner so pricing is a very important issue in getting the job.
