We have an outside area at the front of the house which has slate on it ~ approx 10 square metres.. There are a large number of white marks on the floor that I can not get off even with a scrubbing brush. I am wondering if a fine film of dust blew over the floor the last time I sealed it. I think all previous layers of sealent need to be stripped off, the slate cleaned and resealed. Thank you
