I live in a block of six units. the main entrance area at ground level and the front staircase covering three floors is (to the best of my knowledge) slate and very overdue for a thorough clean... I live in a block of six units. the main entrance area at ground level and the front staircase covering three floors is (to the best of my knowledge) slate and very overdue for a thorough clean (and sealing? i was told that this was appropriate for slate). it's in need of some repairs here and there but cleaning is the most important factor. i'm unable to approve work myself - am compelled to submit quote to body corp mgrs by 31 august. i'm an early riser so if it's easier for someone to visit early in the day when perhaps en route to another job this would be a big help as it may mean i could avoid having to take a whole day off work. thank you.
