Hi,
I'm hoping you can quote my job in Ardeer.
I have 4 small rooms that I’d like sanded and polished please. The dimensions of the 4 rooms are 3.5 x 3.4, 3.2 x 2, 2.4 x 2.3 & 2.6 x 1.8
There are small staples/nails in each room, admittedly there are heaps of them. Also, apparently in a couple of the rooms there is a little bit of glue but not much, I’ve been told they’ll pretty much easily come off with a good sander that you guys have.
Also, we only want 2 coats of polish please as we have got a tight budget so any way we can save money would be great.
If you can please quote on the above that would be great. We are hoping to get someone to do it asap if they can.

Mark is nice and they definately seem to know what they're talking about. However, I didn't like the fact that they wanted me to put up a positive rating on here even before they'd done the job and as an exchange for a further "discount", not very professional from that perspective. Also didn't like the fact that the price had dropped considerably from the start of the conversation to the end, why? Mark followed up with a call, asked if I had put up positive feedback for them and when I said No as I'm waiting for a response back to my email from them about the job, never heard back from them again!
