Tracey requested 3 quotes from Floor Sanders in Glenhuntly
This is a two bed unit with hallway and lounge that has good quality floorboards which have been covered by carpet for 40 years. The carpet has been pulled up and the rubber underlay put down about 15 yrs ago has stuck to the floorboards so a bit of sanding is required. I have no idea what it costs to sand and polish floorboards so don't take too much notice of my estimated budget - it may be my hopeful budget.
