Approx 110 m2 of baltic pine to be sanded, stained (dark brown) and polished (oil based polyurethane). Currently has carpet and tiles on top which I'll remove. I'm currently planning & budgeting but I will be going ahead with this work and and I'm looking for a mid September timeframe. Also, I'm doing some renovation work on the house and it will be freshly painted just before the floors are to be done (these are planned as the last step) so it's important some care is taken for the walls. Thanks!
