Timber floors need re-coating for 3 bedrooms, hallway, combined lounge/dining, entry and aprox 10 stairs. Damage by previous tennants especially in traffic areas. Have just purchased the property and would like to have this done before moving in (Before 18/4/09). I have been told by current owner that sanding is not required, just recoating.
