I'm moving in to 3-bedroom house approx 30years old. Timber floor needs to be restored. About half of the boards are already exposed. The other half has carpet on top that needs to be removed.
Work scope:
- remove carpets in 2 bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom, dining and family rooms have already been exposed.
- repair any defects in the timber
- polish the timber area
- coat/seal with suitable paint(vanish)
