I have a terrace with wooden floors on ground floor living area and kitchen and also out door decking
the interior in particular needs either varnish/ polish or oil as the gloss is starting to fade in areas - i don't want to accidentally use the wrong product so better to have someone come over
i don't think sanding is required
i am not sure if i will do outdoor area - depends on advice given and quote - i did use a tinted oil some months ago outside however i didnt sand it at all and it could look better i think
