Floorboards were laid around 8 years ago. Tas Oak, very good condition. They have a high gloss varnish on them. I would like a matte/satin/semi gloss effect and possibly a stain as well. There are 3 steps leading from the dining room to the lounge room (split level), these will need to be sanded and polished as well. approx 65sqm.
