Old floor coverings have been removed - however remnants of old thin carboard type underlay are still stuck to the floor boards in multipule places.
** Note this old stuck underlay is the old grey type which contains asbestos.
Unit is unoccupied and power is available on-site from unit next door.
Looking for semi gloss finish.
