We're doing a renovation and require the floorboards to be re-polished in the kitchen/living and hallway. Bedrooms will not be re-polished. Roughly 40sqm in total. Requires 3 coats and for it to be split as sand and 2 coats and then return for final coat after the kitchen has been put in. There will be a join to the three bedrooms from the hallway and understand that there won't be any perfect match. Floor is Vic Ash with a Polyurethane semi gloss finish.
