Have purchased a house that settles 17/910/08. need to rip up carpet,sand and polish floor boards in the lounge, dining, entrance, hallway, office, staircase and rumpus room. house is double storey with all rooms to be polished downstaris except the rompus room. house is 26 sq in total i would guess 13 sq to be polished. downstairs is definately floorboards. not sure about upstairs but would only do downstairs if upstairs is not boards.
