Our tenants have damaged a section of hardwood floorboards. these are new hardwood floors with 3 coats of polish on them. the scratches are very deep and would require significant sanding back to repair. i don't know if it is possible to do the section or whether the whole room needs repairing. the area of damaged is approx. 1m x .5m with several deep gouges.
