We have less than 20 sq mtrs of floor boards in lounge that needs to be sanded and polished. there is a crack on one board causing screeching noise which probably needs to be either sealed or replaced. one small area where there used to be a heater looks charred (it's grey as it lost it's colour), so i hope that the sanding will renew it.
