I currently have carpeted areas that I am looking at ripping up and using the existing timber flooring underneath (if the condition is all OK).
The area includes 3x small bedrooms, a hallway, meals area and lounge. This will approximently total 9-10 square meters.
Would like to get a "rough" idea on pricing for sanding and varnishing that sized area. I will be taking the carpet out myself.
I will have the keys to my house (currently leased) on the 13th of Feb 2010 so if all goes well would like to begin the work on the Monday 15th Feb.
