Sand and varnish a new 3 step stair and small landing (less than 1m in length). Stairs are roughly 80cm wide (standard height) and connect two areas already sanded and varnished.
Stairs and landing are new and made from a red hardwood blend. They are new. No filling required.
Require a 3 coat polyurethane finish, with the top coat being a semi-gloss finish applied to stairs and landing. Require job done between 20th Jan and 3rd Feb
Possible additional scope to repair some existing scratches on other floors, but would be discussed on-site, as requires inspection.
