We would like to sand and refinish the hardwood floors in our apartment. Rooms include Kitchen, Hall and Dining room only and total area approximately 30-35m2. Floors are currently in good condition, but surface scratched and general wear and tear, it has been top nailed and there are gaps between some of the planks. We're not too concerned about the gaps.
