I need to rejuvenate my timber floors before I move in around 20ish May. Be mindful though that kitchen is currently awaiting cabinets, and parts marked on the kitchen floor will not need polishing as they are under cabinets. May also need some creaky boards fixed. Will want to know if I need to resand or just polishing will do.
