We have hardwood floors throughout our house and had the bedrooms sanded and polished a few years ago. We have now finished renovating the living room, kitchen and hall and would like these floors sanded an polished to match the bedrooms. Our previous restorer seems to have retired so I'm unsure what products he used. The floors have previously been polished however is has flaked from some areas and there are now water based wall paint spatters on the floors.
